Abstract:

This paper presents the translation procedure to easily go from UML system descriptions to Transaction Level SystemC executable models using the SAVY library. This library simplifies the work of the system-design team: it enables the reuse of models; it facilitates model integration and it reduces the development time of complex electronic systems. A case study is presented to demonstrate the application of SAVY within the design flow of a complex system.
